    I have a few questions

Hi, first of all im missy's partner, chrissy i would like to say hi to everyone, i havent posted on here until now, so my first question is can you set up another user account as we have this on other forums we both use and it is possible, so we both can use our own user name's? secondly im looking for a R33gtst as missy keeps hogging our gtt .thirdly and im not after an argument but i feel its only fair to mention that we use Rising Sun Performance and have only good things to say about them as richard has done exceptional work to our gtt and our previous skylies we used to own. It seems a few like to just critise them, i know quite a few here use them (as ive seen certain cars) and never post in defence of them? i do feel for the ones who havent got things sorted with them. So my question is why havent the many who have work done regularly done by Rising Sun posted?Ive also heard bad stuff from other garages but ill not judge them until i try them. On other forums Rising Sun are always credited for their work and rightly so, remember one thing we all use other trades plumbers, roofers etc and not all their work is perfect and we say "ill never use them again" but we do, No one is perfect and we all make mistakes (except missy) anyway as ive said its just my thoughts sp i thought i'd ask those questions. also can i purchase a GTS badge? as it looks pretty good, thanks chrissy.

    Well done.

You have managed to turn a "double account" thread into a pathetic attempt to protect RSP

Personanly I couldn't give a damn where you take your car too, post up your good experiences there, you know nothing.

Hello Chrissy, I will try and answer a few of your questions

Yes you can re-register as Eddie has said but if you want access to all areas then you will have to take out another membership. This is quite a common thing for people such as Bubble/Honey/Squeak, Gordon/Holly, Skriner/Shell to name just a few. If a person such as Eddie have a trade account too then they get access to other areas as part of that.

Without sounding authoritarian I must remind you that we do have rules which state that allowing others to log in under your username is not allowed so setting up your own account is the way forward for that reason too

As for the comments about tuners, I really don't want to see any arguments starting but what I will say is that we have a positive comments section so if you feel you would like to post up your personal experiences in there then feel free to do so.

If you would like to join as a full member then I am the one to deal with so feel free to get in touch

    regards

    Pete

I think you will find that the people who have aired their view about RSP have had some sort of experience with them. You can only speak as you find...good or bad.

Exactly right and no one will critise you if you do mention positive experiences of RSP.

Those of us who do whinge usually have good reason to imho.

now if it were me or my firm that was being slagged off i would want to know why, for what & then put my side of the story across, acusations of failed engines months of waiting sometimes years, parts from cars going missing, VAT being charged when the company is not registered for it, bankrupsy pending, poor tuning,
well why not answer when people complain then, put their side of the story , by staying quiet looks as if the stories could well be true (not saying they all are)

this is not on every job but somepeople have obvious concerns on the way they have been treated by RSP

being successfull can often lead to delays as the work load piles up, but by not defending comments and problems when they arise is not the way to go about things in my view

to clarify what i mean on this,

i have a customer that was unhappy with the work done by RSP he bought his car to me after 12 months of problems
bear in mind 12 months means 1 years insurance, road tax, use of another car, insurance on another car etc etc

to this day the situation is not solved now 19 months down the road

i'm not trying to 'bash' RSP but i think people should recieve quality of service and expect answers when things go wrong, every garage has things go wrong its the nature of modifying cars

to this day i'm still waiting for Richard to ring me back about the things that went wrong with 'xxxxxx's car thats 8 months on he could of called it could of been sorted out......he didn't the customer now has to take him to court

deal with problems when they arise is my way, everything else gets put back, jobs waiting are not jobs paid no1 duty is to your last job. if its not right fix it
