Joel English in the Viper won the drag class (only cos Andy Forest in the scooby stalled on the line, i believe he would've arse whopped the viper) and I believe Tim Webster won the pro drag, can't remember much else apart from the fact that the Elise won the FWD Handling

Kez, thanks that is exactly what I was after
Got to say this though, man some of those prizes are ****ing ****. You create the UK's fastest road car prove its onions on a run way in York infront of thousands of paying spectators with a press gang there from across europe. Europes top tuners are on hand, you achieve over 200mph the distance that it was once though man would die if he managed to run it in less than 4mins, you risk your life in this achievement, and what do you get for it? A Japanese Performance Magazine subscription and a £50 gift voucher to buy some oil with come yer next service. To top it all you have to pay to enter the competition in the 1st ****ing place! Wow ****ing wee! I work in sales and am well aware that sometimes the prestige of winning is enough, but Jesus H Christ TOTB dont insult the competitors with such **** ****ing prizes. Instead of relying on sponsors donating prizes (no doubt you have probably already raped their budgets for sponsorship in the 1st place) why dont you invest some of those 20 quids you have shagged thousands of spectators for and actually buy some decent ****ing prizes!
Money grabbing, piss taking, car show organising, free loading bunch of (massive) ****s!

Because the guy pedaling it is pretty good behind the wheel.. Nathan Freke was one of the finalists in last years Autosport Young Driver of the Year Awards. He's a bloody good driver and its plain wrong that he hasn't got a drive in Formula 3 this year when other drivers around him last year made it without as much talent.... Incidentally, Nathan used to build my kart engines!![]()

Issac has a point the prizes are shite, i wouldnt bother entering
given the number of people turning up its a commercial scam.

the prizes might not be the best but people do it because they want to be the best, they dont compete for the prizes, they compete to be known as THE BEST, imagine if this was all that premiership players were paid per game? there would be hell on, i think it just goes to show the absolute immense amount of pride these guys have even if in some events the prizes dont amount to the total tally of the entry fee
I know you guys are scalding the organisers in this part of the thread but i just thought id add that.
