Right everybody, after some deliberation we have decided on the first location.

The first Essex meal out will be a Chinese and will take place at:

Freeport Designer Village
Charter Way
Braintree
CM7 8YH

To be held on Friday 24th August at 8.30pm.

Aroma restaurants are modern “eat as much as you like for a fixed price” Oriental buffet restaurants. All our restaurants are designed along clean, modern lines where diners can enjoy oriental cuisine in a stylish atmosphere at an affordable price. Starters, main courses, tepanyaki and desserts are included in the fixed price. Diners can choose from as many as 30 lunchtime or 60 dinner dishes offering culinary delights from the Far East - you will be spoilt for choice.

Depending on the time we finish, we could go bowling too, as there is a bowling alley within two minutes walk.
If this is successful, then next month we will have a curry night at a different location.

Let me check with her that must be obeyed. I can honestly say that this is the best eat all you can buffet on the planet. Elasticated trousers are a must! Dont let the wussy small plates put you off either. Why do they bother!! I like to get at least three trips in to the buffet area:eusa_dance: ! :eusa_hand:
