    Its an American Holset GSR-HX40, properly good bit of kit. I did a massive amount of research and for the budget I had this was clearly the way to go for me.

    I am like a child on Christmas morning

    I was looking into them, designed and race prepped for diesel engines, look very good and reasonably priced..

    Andy, how many ponies are you aiming for ?

    The HX40 will blow 350BHP on a diesel lump, so more on a petrol.

    Just picked up some his res photos of the shoot I was at a month or so ago. I have a new favourite

    Good news on the fuel rail front too..... It WILL fit, obviously there is a bit of modifying to be done. :kick:

    And so it begins.....

    My god, how much work do we have to do? I had no idea how difficult this was going to be, especially how much fabrication work was going to be needed. But as you can see work is well and truly underway..

    Lots and lots to do over the next weeks, but its all do`able. Great things will come of this I am sure, if that is only my further understanding of the car.
