Cool New Brakes Are On. (56k no no)

Well with the help of Bubble and Perry, my new brakes have just been put on today.

These little puppies turned up yesterday, 356mm 8Pot D2 Calipers, Disk, Braided Lines, Pads and some DOT 5.1 brake fluid. (Not bad, 3 days to get to me from New Zealand)

So it was off to Geoffs workshop today to have them fitted, first though it was off with the old standard Brembos.

The Old Git hard at work!! (Yes he even got his hands dirty )

    On with the new ones

    On with the wheels

Just got to bed them in properly when the car comes out of its winter holiday.

Thankyou very much Geoff and Perry, you are stars.

It is certainly a rare picture of me getting my hands that dirty on somebody elses car

Looks like you got home OK without them falling off then Steve

They do look good though and are a great improvement on those scabby Brembos

    Cheers Kriss.

Just the bodykit and some bonnet pins and she should be finished, hoping to have all this done by march next year ready for a few photo shoots and magazine features along with show season.

Yeah just, had a bit of hard braking to do when a white van decided to pull into the fast lane rather suddenly other than that the drive home was fine

Brakes look absolutely fabulous Steve. Can't wait to see them in the flesh.
As Kriss said, really look great with the wheels.
