    Exclamation Virus protection...

Just a quick thread to remind you,if you need it,about bringing your PC/Laptop virus protection up to date:
There has been many woefull Viruses in 2007,the worst being an "Olympic Torch" that burnt your hard drive away.....
Don't be caught out, upgrade now,and be safe.Click here to enlarge

My personal Laptop protection expires in 4 day's time, but I have already purchased the next protection package.....
I run NORTON,(full package complete with Norton go-Back/Ghost/Firewall/Internet Security)been advised it expires 07-01-08.....buy online for £59.99....
But bought from PC World complete 2008 suite in the already running sale for £24.99.....Bargain!!

    Don't be caught out-renew NOW....
    Whatever you run.
I am not saying run Norton, just be fully covered for the next 12 Month's with the protection system YOU prefer...

I am happy with Norton-50pence a day for full protection seems fairly good to me.

    And,to all of you ****s who hack personal online users-get a life,and **** off....

computer stuff is still a bit technical for me but im running the full monty norton package myself for the first time which i got cheap with my new pc two months ago and its doing everything that it should...lots of peeps slag norton off but so far so good...think the problems start from what ive read if you dont pay the yearly upgrade as you just recieve the basic updates and not everything that you should recieve as you would expect...

but in saying the above the wife and i were running the free downloadable AVG Grisoft anti-virus on both our laptops and the old pc without recieving a virus...

I use the full AVG package both at work and at home. Have done for a few years now and absolutely swear by it. Seems to work really well. Never had any problems and excellent value for money. Click here to enlarge

    i use all FREE ones.

    Avast
    Ewido
    spybot search & destroy
    adaware

avast runs all the time and everytime you connect to the internet it automaticlly updates itself.
the others i run around once a month, they find some things and get deleted but the things have never made the machine work any worse

I use Avast , its free and never had a problem , its better than AVG for some techie reason and often outperforms Norton and Mccafee in independant tests
