new skyline gts owner

Just bought myself a skyline,( gts 1994 M reg 60k miles ) hence thats why im here....

can any of you please give me advice on where to get the best insurance, the car has been modified,

I am in need of another favour...

my brother is looking to purchase a skyline, what a copycat..ha ha...

can any of you out there tell me if £ 2,800.00 is a good price for the following..

2.5 GTS '94 M reg also
60k miles same as mine
1 years mot but no tax


It has the following modifications done...

Greddy intercooler larger
profec boost controller
apexi power fc with commander
vehicle mapping and tuning
new afm
car has been lowered, uprated air filter and exhaust.

it has receipts for over 3k worth of work done

is it a non turbo as you only put GTS? If so he may regret NOT getting a turbo to be honest ....

One thing to be wary of is that the insurance companies don't really quote that different a premium for the GTR/GTS-T and GTS. As my V5 says I own a GTR I wish ....

Hey Guys its a turbo with those parts for sure.....

£2800 seems quite cheap to me, you got any pic?
Have a good look around it and under it including the chassis to look for any "battle damage"
Go see it, check for smoking at idle or accelleration, any tapping noises from the engine, clutch feel and any gear noises..... also try and ask about the history, i.e cam belt change, oil changes etc.
