Coming out of the wood work

Well I guess it because its the summer or because the new GTR is out but I have seen a few R34s and R33 GT-Rs popping up for sale. The prices arnt bad either. There is a 99 or 00 R34 GTR setting for sale just down the street from me for only $5000 American dollars. Its blue looks to be in good condition but has high kilometers on it. Over 200,000 I believe.

Dont know if anybody here imports but thought I wold let you all know. BTW I live in Japan.

That's seems a fairly low price for such a car Roughly £2500 UK for a car with 124k+ miles on it ...

Yeah! I was shocked myself. I havent had time to check it out but it looks in good condition from what I can see of just walking up to it. There are others around for a little more but nothing more than $10,000. Im not sure if the owners are upgrading to the new GTR or if road tax and JCI prices have gone up on them but I have seen at least 5 actual GT-Rs for sale in the past month.

    Heck I paid $3000 for my 97 GTS-t about a year ago.

£2.5k for the car, £1.5k for the shipping. Well worth it.

The great deal wasnt that great. I went in to talk to a sales rep and the price they listed was a typo. They listed 5k but wanted 50k and will settly for 45k. Its not that pristine. Its ben wrecked and repainted from what I can tell. I have a feeling they will be sitting with it for a while. There are still a few cheep ones around but this was a bust. Was actually over priced. Which I why it hasnt sold yet. Few Pictures:

I went and checked the two R33 GTR's I saw. To late on them already sold 1 for $9500 Luck ******* I got to drive it before the guy came back with the cash though the other for $18k gone before I would check it out. I will try and get some pictures of the first one for everyone though I seen an R32 with a for sale sign advertising $13k but it was at the mall so I have no clue where to look now. The other R34 I thought was for sale wasnt. It was just parked on the dealers line waiting for repairs.

There is an R33 GTSt GTR clone that was running around for sale too but it was normally priced. That was 4 months ago. I think Okinawa has the highest concentration of Skylines in the world. All the military here buy them up fast.

To bad your all from Europe I have nobody to car talk with here. Everyone I know with a skyline either speaks very little english or knows nothing about cars and just bought one to say they had one.
