    Bonnet Damper help

    Hi does anyone know where i can get a set of bonnet dampers for my R33 GTS-T

    you cant buy any official ones , the stock bonnet is pretty heavy and not ideally suited to them but i made this kit fit and mine worked fine for a few months (havent got round to fitting them post respray ) but i hear others have had problems

    i've had these fitted for over a year now with no problems.........

    I also had them fitted on my last car which had a carbon bonnet. I'm not sure how they would perform on a standard heavier bonnet.

    The stock bonnet kills them fairly quickly.

    I think I had about 5 lifts of the bonnet before they went. With a fibreglass or Carbon Fibre one though your laughing as they'll take that kind of weight with ease.
