Not that I know of Gordon. First time I saw it, was on Globals site and when I enquired about price found out it was already sold. Then by chance I found out that it was JM-Imports who had bought it, and immediately phoned them up and sealed the deal.

    Very, very nice.
There is no such thing as cynicism, it is merely realism born out of experience.

Loving the GTR mate, looks sweet. What`s the idea of having two filters feeding one turbo?

Great looking car with a great spec. I'm a really big fan of 'Top Secret' mysef, as you can see from my cars spec'
Despite originally not being over keen on white cars I must admit they are growing on me in a big way. I've seen some really tasty ones just lately. Your one especially pushes all the right buttons.
Realy liking the inside which has given me a few ideas for next years spend.
All in all you have got yourself one terrific motor you must be chuffed to bits.

I'm sure your familiar with mine Stevie having been owned and created by 'Big Mark' before I bought it just over a year ago. Don't often run the car on high boost (1.6 bar) as the T88 seems to power the car well enough on low boost (0.9 bar). That's of course unless you need to prove a point. Great fun.

Hope to maybe have the opportunity to see the car sometime in the flesh.

Cheers Terry, I'm not too sure mate. I think it's to help get as much air as possible into the massive turbo (T78). Both are Z32's as well.

Cheers Pete. Yeah I've seen your car on here and it is a beauty mate. Hopefully meet up at a show some time soon and compare notes on the crazy boost situation. I've only had it on 1.2 bar so far and when it comes on boost it just goes mental (in a good way)

I was having a wee look about the car and I found this little Panasonic device under the dash. I couldn't figure out what it did.

After a bit of googling and some bad babel fish translation I found out that its for the Toll Roads in Japan. Instead of having to stop at Tolls to pay money, you simply insert your debit/credit card in this little device and as you approach the toll your card is automatically debitted via a little hidden antenna in the car allowing you to drive straight through.

    How clever are the Japanese

It's because the GTR has one AFM for each turbo so on the single turbo conversion you still use both AFMs.
