    turbo timer help

    after having a flat battery my turbo timer isnt working the same.my timer would count up the time when driving since my battery whent flat it starts at 9 mins and counts down when driving.i havent got a clue what make the timer is as it came with the car.can any body tell me how to get it counting up again.
