Help

Hiya- im new to the site and new to skyline owning.

My previous car was an astra so its quite a big change, ive never even owned a turbo before!

My R33 GTST has already got a turbo timer so i know i need to leave it running for a bit after iv used it and let it warm up before i set off somewhere, but is there any other things i should be aware of?

cheers guys.....

Have you looked at this thread?:

what turbo timer do you recommend

You may look at this and decide to do away with it

Just take it easy to start with and get used to the rear wheel drive. Too much power round corners and you`ll be sliding, especially in the wet. Other than that have fun.

As Terry has said, take it easy and build yourself up driving a RWD turbo car. Even if you think your capable you have to always give the car respect, especially when wet.

What tyres are on it? If it's freshly imported it'll have crap Japanese tyres on. Best make sure you've got the grip so to speak
