hicas?

hi havent posted for while. now i have bought another skyline. i couldn't wait any longer for the jap one!!!!!!! i have had a little play in it and noticed that the four wheel steer doesn't work standing still. is it supposed too???

No dude. It only comes in at higher speeds and even then the back wheels only turn a tiny amount. 10% I think.

What happened? Are you still getting one from Japan or have you scrubbed that one?

And by the wayWHERE"S THE PICS?

The rear steering only moves about a degree and will not move with the car stationary. The rear wheels will only change the angle of steer when the car is moving and this is to help "Turn in". Then the rear wheels steer in the opposite direction to help keep the back end in and reduce oversteer.

I read all about it on the internet once, so it's out there somewhere.

It does in the entry to a corner at mid speed but at high speed this would just increase the oversteer and send you spinning to certain doom.
