speaker size!

Well i under stand u can get 6.5 in the rear with out modding it,

would like to know what size u can fit in to the front with out modding it

6" but i fitted 5/25 " on a mdf ring neater imo

I swear i had phoenix gold 6.5" in the front in the standard speaker mounts.. think the only thing to watch is the mounting depth to clear the window mech

I guess it depends on the speakers , some will tell you 6.5" will fit straight in the rear enclosures , mine wouldnt , i had to modify them a fair bit to get them in

Since the front enclosures are harder to modify i would suggest the only guaranteed fit will be 6" or smaller but as you say you may get lucky

front- 5.25 pheonix gold in my 33 fit onto the orig. speaker mounts nicely.
rear - 8" round subs mounted on mdf rings- no problem! sounds good!

Why dont you get a tape measure and check what depth you have available. It clearly tells you the depth required for those speakers in the add.
