Unhappy Power steering?

i keep losing my power steering when driving,turn the ignition off and back on and power steering is perfect for 5 mins or so,then hicas light comes on,belts are tensioned fine and pump seems fine??any help would be great b4 i start stripping thanx

fluid level is perfect and no leaks,do the hicas solenoids give trouble?

I've now got similar problem, but mine does not reset. The power steering is heavy but still giving some assistance. fluid levels fine etc anyone have any ideas????

I had the same problem iv'e deactivated the HICAS all together ucu as well and bypassed the front steerinng rack solenoid to keep the power steering alive

i had the same problem as this and it turned out to be the kph to mph converter that was fitted, changed that and problem sorted
