My Upgrades, not much but it's a start

Well I decided to scrap the dash area and shift around some of the gadgets that came with the car. Here is the dash area when I got it, oh yeah I hate double din stereos and what you know when I removed the stereo it was not even wired in just dumped there to replace what looked to be a DVD setup.

And after some shifting around as I could not handle having a boost controller and timer stuffed in my ashtray, BTW anyone has one they aren't using?

I like things simple and neat so there you go. I also decided to test fit my guages to see what needs to be done, well no too much as the defis popped right in,
Out with the old,

In with the new,

Tell me what you think, just need to order the oil filter fitting with the fitting for my oil cooler and my sensors for the defis. Does anyone know if I can replace the stock sensors foil pressure and temp with the defis and if someone did this can they tell as I already have my Trust oil cooler fitting on the block. Thanks in advance.

Those gauges look so must better than the standard ones Looks alot more tidier now with where you have put the boost controller etc

If your looking for an ashtray try some of our traders. I know alltorque are breaking a tiptronic GTT so they still might have the ashtray

No new pics up yet but I managed to install my Defis, only need to get my EGT sensor and also install my AEM wideband to see how the BLitz Access ECU is tuning my octane. Today I picked up a Kakimoto R33 exhaust in an attempt to fit it to my GTT. I started bolting up the downpipe after removing the heavy-ass stock one. So that went well but only problem is that using used stuff like the downpipe it had a dented under carriage and it is causing the piper to touch the flooring, I may change the piece and get a new one. The next problem is the back part of the exhaust while it fits proper does not meet the DP, the space looks like the catalytic converter space so now I need to get a delete pipe for that and hopefully it will fit perfect. I thought everyone said it would not be the right length and the R33 was longer but I'll find out tomorrow for sure.

Hey mods is it possible to move this to the Project and restoration section?
