Engine running lean, T.P.S out of adjusment, and an o2 sensor simulator in place

hey guys, this is my first post, um need some help, after having my car on the gas analyzer i found that the mixtures are lean ( 17.23 - 1 ), i have a o2 sensor simulator in place so cannot use factory method of setting a/f ratio, it has a lean misfire and its getting on my nerves because i want more power and wanna get rid of all that air, plus i need help my tutor at tech played with my t.p.s and now my car changes gears funny, can someone help please??

Then take the sensor simulator out, put a working lambda sensor back in and set it up?
