Is this FMIC kit any good?

Just come across this on ebay and wondered what people with more experience thought about it?
NISSAN SKYLINE RB25DET FMIC INTERCOOLER + HARD PIPE KIT on eBay, also Engine Tuning Parts, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 21-Oct-08 19:49:27 BST)

Ive got a FMIC that came with the car but no hard pipe kit, so im thinking that it may be better to sell the oneI have and buy this kit as a whole. Any opinions?

To be honest I have no idea, I personally have never heard of that company and the FMIC itself is unbranded, but then you could find that it will fit straight on.

There have been issues with the cheaper kits where the top pipe does not clear the viscus fan and you end up cutting the blades (I know, I had to on mine)

Ive just emailed the seller asking if its a straight swap and if there are any modifications needed to fit it (apart from the bumper, possibly). See what they say

Apex intercoolers are good and you dont have to trim the fan blades with them either

Also, be aware of ebay. The ad you see may be totally legit and good quality but on the other hand it may be shite.

I got some thing a few weeks ago, which was universal, lol, it was anything but.

Also being a shop, as opposed to a private seller, a profit has to be made.
Don't get me wrong there are bargains out there but to some extent you get what you pay for.

I bought a hard pipe kit for my GTST from them which is the same as the pipes in the link and it DOES NOT FIT. It's as if the kit is a pipe short.

It's sitting in my garage still in the box and is useless to me so you can have it for much cheapness if you want it but it will need work to get it to fit, be under no illusion there.

Buy a kit of Terry (Lambodoorkits) and you shouldn't have any problems, thats what I did. I also hear that Andy W's kits are good and won't be any hassle.

Does that include the hard pipe kit as well? How much is it? You got any pics or more info?
