Clutch Slipping

It seems as if my clutch is slipping when i accelerate hard in 4th gear at 3500rpm and above. I have done the normal tests like low revs in 3rd and 4th up hill and the result is i cant get it to slip. It only seems to slip in 4th gear. I have looked at the torque gauge when it slips and it doesn't move so i don't think its the wheels slipping. The clutch is an OS Giken twin plate...Anyone got an opinion ?

Sounds like a set of new plates or a refresh Kit
