Looks suspiciously like a RSP de-cat pipe to me. There`s one on mine too, although don`t quite understand the odd pipe size

I didnt get chance to make the kent meet today as this turned up at about 11 this morning

My mates s13 has the dreaded rattle of death (big ends going) so brought the engine above which has some forged goodies i believe, knife edged crank etc so we started stripping all the soon to be un-needed bits off ready to do the change in a coupe of weeks

After we had done that i thought i may aswell fit my new Apexi intake kit

My mate Del licking plastic like the good b1tch he is

    The manky old filter

    New shiny goodness

I am guessing that due to the skankyness of the old filter i was down on performance a little. The new intake kit has perked things up a treat. Feels more responsive on the throttle, eager to pull a little quicker and it makes a lovely noise too

The hammer is in Dels head where he kept dropping the retaining bracket on my front bumper

    Then I read it again

    What a crap day today.

Got my coilies fitted, new exhaust (bar the elbow as it was getting late) and gearbox, engine and transfer box fluids changed.

    Terrible day

Unfortunately when i put the gtr rims on i took the car to Elite in Rainham - BIG mistake. The untrained monkeys they call employees used the air gun to put the locking nuts on with doing them up so tight they have dug into the wheels. It took Andy nearly 4hrs to get 2 locking nuts off, completely shagging 2 studs in the process (not andys fault btw). *****

Never ever take your pride and joy to Elite.

I will get some pics up tomorrow whem my mate daz uploads them
