Anyone know the Turbo Elbow Bolt Torque Settings?

New downpipe is on it's way & I hope to get it on this weekend. Oh, gonna fit the pipe as well...

I've searched every where but am unable to find :{

just tight enough so they don't snap is what i do them up to, if you can get a torque wrench in there you'll be doing well
