    Profec "e-01" or "B spec 2" ?

Reading about the profec B spec 2 its a better boost controller, but the profec e-01 will look great and give more readouts and interact with my e-manage.

Can anyone provide a nudge toward either item?

i may be really wrong here but i cant remember if i read that once the latest update for the emanage is loaded onto it it wont interact with the e-01. Im hungover at the mo so i may be talkin rubbish!

I have had both, the B Spec 2 is a pain in the arse to setup sometimes, but, it is a good boost controller, holds boost well.

The E-01, for me a far superior unit, very very good boost controller, very easy to setup, holds boost perfectly with no creep, and, when connected to an EManage will display so much info it will send you google eyed.

I have the B Spec 2 in my 33, but, would swap it out for an E-01 any day of the week, no question.

Interesting stuff there Jake, maybe I could do with outing my AVCR and linking up to the E manage, via EO-1
AVCR lets it overboost despite a lot of fettling by those that know.

I'm leaning towards the e-01, but it will have to be a good price.

Jakester where did you get your e-01 I seem to remember you said once you found a bargain

E-01 Is a very good B.C. If you have the E-Manage its no contest, go for the E-01

I bought mine off a club member, 300 quid, which is a fair price. I think I paid somewhere in the region of 280 for the B Spec2, but, that was new, still wish I had the E-01 though.
