will they be a group of you going to this event on 30th july if so do you get your own tickets and meet there or do it as a club event and get the tickets from yourselves

we will be attending as a club , and will probably have a area for members , but tickets are purchased individually

what happens do you go up the day before or just on the day im trying to find a b&b near the event

some do , some dont , depends where you are coming from . last 2 years have stayed at a travel lodge night before , but then i am at the other end of country
