If you are on about the pub for the meal, we have to be there for 6.30pm to dine around 7pm. It's a shame it's the night before the trackday, otherwise you could all join in with those who are drinking

Just received email from BAT , i am sure all others will have as well , but just in case here it is ,

To show you have read and understood this email please click on the following
    Thankyou - BookaTrack.com

Many thanks for choosing to attend this BookaTrack.com event. This e-mail should contain all the information you will need for the day.

A copy of our indemnity / registration form can be downloaded from the following location http://bookatrack.com/-pi?2&901 or from your shopping basket.

For your convenience this file can be completed on screen, printed and then signed prior to arrival to speed up the sign on process. All drivers, passengers and spectators must complete one of these forms before participating.

    • Itinerary
    • 09:00 Driver Sign-on in the club-house
    • 09:30 Drivers Safety Briefing
    • 10:00 Driving Starts
    • 13:00 Break for Lunch
    • 14:00 Driving Continues
    • 17:00 End of Day

This event will be run as open pit lane.

    Directions
Anglesey Circuit is located on A4080 between Aberffraw and Rhosneigr. From the A55, cross over the Britannia Bridge and follow the road for about 15 miles. Exit for Rhosneigr and the A4080, the circuit is also sign posted at this point. Go past Rhosneigr village and head towards Aberffraw and turn right into the circuit just before reaching the village, the circuit is also clearly sign posted here.

    Fuel
Please note that the nearest fuel station to the venue is approximately 15 miles away. You are advised to fill up before arriving at the circuit. There are garages at both Llangefni and Valley that sell super unleaded petrol.

    Facilities
Food and drink is served all day in the club house and paddock. There are toilets and shower facilities in the paddock area.

    Requirements
The only requirements are that all drivers, passengers and spectators sign our indemnity and that anyone going out onto the circuit wears a helmet. Helmets are available to hire at £10 per day and if you haven' t already specified one when booking you are advised to do so to ensure we bring enough along.

There will be a compulsory safety briefing in the club house at 09:30. If you are not signed on by this point you will not be allowed to participate when driving begins at 10:00. The next safety briefing after this will be 10:30.

Please note that regardless of weather conditions arms and legs must be covered at all times when out on track.

No cars running slick tyres will be permitted on track without adequate roll over protection.

    2nd Drivers and Passengers
We are unique in not charging for passengers or 2nd Drivers. If you are bringing more than one extra driver the cost is £50 per extra driver. Spectators are ofcourse welcome as well. Children under 16 years must be accompanied at all times by an adult but will not be allowed onto the track without our prior consent.

    Tyres
Are available for fitting on-site at very competitive prices. Visit the tyres section of the website or reply to this email if you require tyres for this event.

A mechanic will be onsite all day offering tyre / wheel changing facilities and some mechanical work. For more information on this service please reply to this email.

    Instruction
Tuition will be available all day. The cost of this is £25 per 20 minute session and is strongly recommended for novice drivers and first timers at the venue. Instruction can be booked via the online booking system or arranged on the day.

    Photographs

There will be a photographer in attendance on the day taking pictures of all participants. Photographs can be purchased via the website after the event. You can purchase photographs at discounted rate before the event by editing your booking.

    .

Dont forget all those that have commited to BAT Pics , see Jonny when you get there and settle at the agreed discounted price.
