    Anglesey Track Day Evening Meal

    update guys.

firstly worpdrive and any others interested.this is a pub,and are limited to 25 max in the party for food. there is no reason you cant pop along at the same time, they have another party upstairs that night so 25 max is the there limit for one group, you could order at the bar if needsbe, may be a little longer, but an option.

    right to all coming............

spoke to kelly the manageress this morning. she has no problems with us coming, but would like us there for 6.30pm to dine around 7pm.

    ref group order.

we have agreed,me/kelly that she will email me a choice of 3 starters,3 mains.+ desert menu.. her master chef is off until friday, so when he return she will talk to him and arrange the set menu,s. 3 in total and a set price for the 3 courses. alternately we could go carvery?.for all.
if there is anyone on the list requiring special meals. i.e vegetarian, or has a nut allergy please let me know as they can be catered for seperately

i will send kelly my email tonight and she will reply probably mon/tues next week with these, i will then post up the prices and the menu choices..

hope this is in agreement with everyone..bernie

    update all..
here,s what i received back tonight from kelly.

further to your e-mail I have spoken to my chef and we've decided on the following:

    Starters

    Prawn Cocktail

    Soup

    Garlic Mushrooms

    Main Meals

    Cajun Chicken

    Braised Steak

    Large Cod

    Desserts

    Chocolate Fudge Cake

    Apple Pie

    Ice Cream

Please note that the main meals are served with chips, mash potato, new potato or Jacket Potato and i will need to know who wants what with their dinner. Also similarly, the desserts are served with cream, ice cream or custard ( ice cream is vanilla, strawberry, chocolate or a mix of three).

The price i have decided is £14 per head and i hope this is satisfactory.

However as the function room is booked for the same evening I'm afraid the carvery option is no longer available.

Please let us know nearer the date the figures attending and what they would like to eat and we look forward to seeing you on the 18th July

    Thanks

    Kelly Rowlands

so those going, could you add your name below and what meal you require..
does the price seem ok to everyone?.
and if you require special meals veggie etc pm me. bernie
