Cool Drift what ya Brung @ POD. This Saturday!!

Drift What Ya Brung days at Santa Pod Raceway are days when you can come along and learn or practice drifting in safe and legal conditions on some of the Pods 30 acres of open tarmac. There are beginners, intermediate and advanced tracks open at the same time each DWYB day.

Santa POD do a DWYB a few times a month for beginners up to experts.
personally ive wanted to do one of these days for a while due to them being fairly well priced

DWYB days are limited to 50 people per day to ensure maximum track time and with several prepared areas and courses there is no shortage of drift time.

Tyres: This is Drift What Ya Brung so you will need your own car and tyres. There are full tyre changing facilities on site with a charge of £5 per rim. Tyre disposal is £2 per tyre or you must take your used tyres away with you.

The cost is £60 per drifter including tuition if needed. Tuition is from very experienced drifters and will start with basic donuts and figure of eights. There is a £10 charge for non drivers/spectators. Kids Under 13 free (max 3 kids per adult).

sounds like fun. im looking at dates either the back end of October or early November.
anyother info will be on here DWYB - Drift What Ya Brung - Learn & Practice Drifting

lets try get a good turnout

ok , just been chatting on the Driftworks site and there are 50places to be pre booked £60 and 10 place that can be paid on the day £70. the cost for people to watch is £10 on the gate. spectators can go in the cars but for some reason do still need to sign on and so will need both parts of their driving licence.
