Need Help fine tuning my apexi safc spec 2 and my apexi turbo control unit

Hi all

I just finish fitting my two apexi units on is a sacf spec 2 air fuel controler and the other is the apexi tubro controler. I have them running sweet but i need a small bit of help just to fine tune them. the car is standard and i'm not looking to run mad boost lvls just looking to make it run even sweeter then it is at the moment. If anyone have any advice or can link me their settings to compare with mine i'd be very greatful

the thing with the safc 2 is it does not change the actual timing of the fuel injectors.

so all you end up doing (if its not set up right) is starving the engine of fuel or overfuelling it by pushing more air in. which can result in knocking or early detonation due to the timing of the fuel has not been changed. this is why you HAVE to really put an aftermarket/remapped Ecu in.

might be best for you to reset your ecu (best to leave it disconnected over night) then in the morning leave the car running for 15mins or so without touching the pedals. turn the car off then on again, go take it for a spin for a bit so the ECU gets used to the new air ratio set up you may have changed via the safc 2.

boost should be at 0.85 No more on a standard turbo.

do remember if you changed the air timing it will burn fuel more and of course it will want to expel the gases faster so if you have a standard exhaust system from turbo back you will find the car will run rich! and im sure it will smell of unburnt fuel lol
