Talking A few pounds(lbs) off later and counting..

As some of you might now, mostly posted on fb anyway. i have been trying to shave off some weight starting the new year. i just thought its about time for some change of pace in life and see how i would get on. as mostly everyone have seen me in the odd shows and meets, you could easily tell i am indeed carrying some excess muscle(hahahaha).

Will not go into much details yet of what i have done or to what i have been doing, but a long story short, i have been doing this for 4 weeks now. my initial weight is just about 137kg or just over 21 1/2 stone. i have currently lost just over 20kgs/44lbs/3stone 2lbs. i now currently stands just over 18stone

my weight loss preogression goes as follows,
    1st week just over 5kg
    2nd week just over 4kg
3rd week just over 7 kg
4th week is just over 3kg

    which amounts to over 20kgs

here are some of my previos pics since december up until today..
let me know what you think

this was from the SOC xmas nightout down south

Well done! Bryan Very impressive weight loss.

I'm tempted to ask how you did it as I could certainly do with losing a few pounds (stone)

    Doesn't involve exersise does it?
    Only I don't do exersise.

Keep it up mate and well done again.

Got that one spot on Mandy . to say that im *just* smiling is an understatement! cant get rid off the grin on my face!

I havent done anything drastic and havent been on the gym either. I just made some key changes to my eating habits and really stopped eating the bad stuff. i do some light jogging at night to break a sweat and a bit of light weights to wake up my muscles. suffice to say, i dont think i have done anything wrong yet as i did my research before i started. to make sure im not gonna pass out or suffer from malnutrition.and i havent fallen ill or felt weak at some point uptil now. i literally eat just barely a quarter of what i used to eat, but i am more energetic and as full as i used to, ofcourse it was hard at first but after 2 weeks i got used to it eventually. this is only a start, and im not kidding, there still plenty to loose. my aim is to loose 50kg in a year and im getting it at a good pace. it can only get harder from here, but im glad im over with all my cravings from the stuff that i couldnt otherwise resist!

i will post it here eventually to how ive done it from week 1, so just bare with me on that one

    wish me luck!
