    My Track Car

Had my new R32GTR on the Dyno today at MGT to help diagnose a misfire.
I said it was coilpacks but nobody believed me. It was coilpacks .

As it was on the dyno I asked Garth to check the map as it had not been mapped for a long time.

It made 385 Bhp at the hubs at 1.4 bar as it was.
I was quite pleased with this as it equated to mid 400's at the fly and I said when I was looking for a car I would be happy with 450 Bhp.

Both Garth and Mark knew that for the spec there should easily be more in the engine.

After some discussions with Garth I decided I wanted it mapped more for mid range grunt than top end Hp.

After a few hours this was the result.

The top line is 1.4 bar, although this tales off to 1.3 from 5000rpm.

Next down is 1.2 bar, then 1.0 bar, then the original map and finally with the boost control off.

So 450Bhp at the hubs (530 ish at the fly) and 385 ftlb torque.

    Well chuffed.

There is more in it but I wanted a safe map for the track.
    Me encanta barcaza loco turbo.
