    Help with warning light

On my GTST R33 I have got a warning light coming on but am not sure what it is! This happens only when the car is in drive and the accelerator is pressed. I wondered best how to describe it so went to take a picture.. It won't do it now! So you will have to interpret my description! It is two U shapes top and bottom (facing each other) with wavey lines coming off the top. From what I have learned it is a CAT warning light, but I don't have a CAT as such. Could it be indicative of something else?
Do I need to panic yet?

Well I know I don't actually have a CAT as such.. If it was earthing out wouldn't it do it all the time? I just took it for a short run and no lights, which is a good thing. Although every now and then when travelling about 60 ish accellerating upto 70 it can hesitate and stutter (which it did today). I have only had this since getting a RSP remap though and wonder if both things are connected? I hadn't been worrying too much about this as 'booting' it always seems to clear it.

when the car is decated the temp sensor isn't always replaced into the decat as the decat may not have a place for the sensor. the sensor may have been tied up somewhere under the car and has limited movement ie: when you boot it or going round a corner. its earthing out and causing the light to come on. or the wire to it is cut and its earthing on the overbraid

under the passenger seat (under the carpet) is where the sensor plugs into the loom, you can unplug it there if you wish
