yes i have got some to go in mine, they are about £350 - 400 if i remember rightly from nengun
There is an empty space on my drive :-(
someone might disagree with me but unless you are going huge hp I don't see a lot of good reasons to change the exhaust cam as you won't get much benefit, so personally I'd just replace the inlet cam. Should be cheaper if you can buy them separately.
but like I say someone may disagree with me!

as im having a rebuild too, are you saying it wouldnt be worth me doing it? I like the lumpy idle![]()
The tomei's I have are only a little more aggressive than stock. If you went for the same you'll generally find a bit more low down / mid range torque (Turbo will spool up a bit quicker) with hardly any loss at the top end of things.

What turbo are you running nowadays then?
i have a stage one hybrid which should be good for 450bhp. i was thinking going for 280 degree cams will be a bit lumpy on idle but good mid and top range. plus lumpy idle sounds good. wont sound like a ice cream van then![]()
Nope, but with your "sounds" that you have in the boot I`m sure you can play the Ice Cream tunes rather loudOriginally Posted by pacer

so should i get the 280
i have emailed nengun but have not yet had a reply and its been almost a week
hrm, i was thinking of getting the 256's, waiting for greenline to reply
280's will require lots of work on the head, have you looked into what is required ?Originally Posted by pacer

and the moment the head is off being ported polished and gas flowed
The work required I would imagine relates to engineering the head for them to actually fit. I've around 425ath and I use the 256's. They go straight in.![]()
