 | Santa Pod. I noticed over on SXOC a post about the barn at Santa Pod, it is being taken down and replaced with a brick wall. Has anybody else heard this? It does seem to be fact according to one bloke on the thread. All due to H&S again... Santa Pod will be supplying more grandstand seating but I do not know about anywhere being under cover. |

| Have a look at the video of the pod in the 70's , no proper armco, bump starting top fuel cars inches from the spectators and crowds of 60,000 people. A real busy drag meet has 20,000 people nowadays thats why the tracks like lifestyle events like Japfest and the bug jam , they get better crowds. sad though |
