    Compression test

    Did a compression test and came out the below
    170
    150
    130
    120
    110
    170
    Im going to do a sniffer test next week but think the gaskets gone.

    Have you tried a wet compression test?
    Teaspoon of oil through the spark plug hole and try it again and let us know the results.

    Will do, im hoping it doesnt improve as doesnt that mean its the rings

    It would unfortunately, but, a head gasket will "usually" blow between 2 cylinders and you're down on 4 so it's not looking too good at the moment

    Okay i think i was doing it wrong. So i drove home from work so the engine was toasty and then i tested with wot and it came out the below
    180

    180
    180
    The manual says 150 is normal so im guess panic over?

    Unless you have a magical self healing engine then yeah, I'd say you did the first one slightly wrong lol
    Possibly engine too cold the first time???

    That second set of numbers looks good to me.

    The engine was stone cold and wasnt wot

    Well that sounds positive. Why did you suspect compression in the first place? Just curious
