    This clubs web page has a big problem

    Every time I go on this forum my computer goes berserk IE my cpu goes from running at 35% to 90%+

    There is something running on this web page that needs looking at

    Just checked and mine is too... well from 5% to 60%

    Sorry Mark it does it on all of them I have tried. The least worst is Google chrome

    I tried this too with Chrome and Edge and back in March, the CPU would spike from 7% to 80% and sit there until I left the forum and went to literally any other website.
    Oddly trying it today the CPU spikes briefly to 40% before settling back to 7%

    OK sorry guys enough is enough now

    Every single time I even go on this club my cpu usage is going mental, it is as I type.

    SO PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WHO IS STILL INTERESTED IN THIS CLUB SORT OUT THIS FECKIN PROBLEM OR CLOSE THE CLUB FOR GOOD PLEASE ?!?!?!

    This is just ridiculous as it is just down to cryptocurrency miners

    Come on Mark or Jez please help out the people who still care about this club before it really goes tits up

    I can't even leave this page unless I close it fully & NO THIS IS THE ONLY CLUB/PAGE/WEB SITE THIS HAPPENS ON

    Just checked with mine, and yup, it's up at 90% as soon as I have the forum open.
    Close the tab and instantly drops back to 13%, and I don't have to be logged into the site either, as soon as I open it boom, 90% usage.

    It goes up a little, but not a lot. Its ok for me, but I do have quite a powerful i7 machine.

    Sorry Moff but no, the 3 screenshots I've attached show the difference between viewing this forum and another car forum.
    Here I'm at 90%, TalkFord I'm at 5%, the back to SOC and back to 90% again.

    That's on an Intel I5 laptop with 12gb of ram.


    It clearly shows there is something going on on this site that is abusing huge amounts of CPU processing power.

    Go to the SOC page, right click and 'inspect element', then choose Networking Tab you'll be able to see what is doing what
